Our responsibilities as your host
Our promise to you is that we’ll keep our server running and in good health, so your site and associated services are up and running. There will be minor downtime events for scheduled maintenance, and while it’s very rare, we do see some downtime incidences with the data centre in Eastern Canada. We have selected a data centre that is well protected, well funded and very responsive to any issues of this nature and we take every step we can to ensure we are keeping our server up and running 100% of the time.
